Mr. McIntosh serves as President of The McIntosh Legal Group. Mr. McIntosh is also currently President of TMA Ventures, a consulting and management group. Mr. McIntosh is a current member of the board of directors of numerous companies including PhosphoSolutions LLC, a producer of specialty pharmaceutical reagents and Tribal Technologies LLC, a technology developer in the field of wireless entertainment, and a former member of the board of directors of Composite Technology Corporation, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of energy efficient products and renewable energy products for the electrical utility industry. Mr. McIntosh previously co-founded Superior MicroPowders LLC, Peak Sensor Systems LLC and MEMX, Inc. and was instrumental in the organization and start-up of these companies. Mr. McIntosh served each of these companies as a member of the board of directors and interim CEO. In this capacity, he negotiated the transactions to acquire the underlying technologies, recruited the initial technical, management and administrative teams and sought out and arranged financing for the start-ups of each of the companies. Mr. McIntosh has worked with start-up ventures throughout his career.
Mr. McIntosh is the former President and Managing Director of the law firm of Sheridan, Ross & McIntosh, a law firm that he expanded from three attorneys to an internationally recognized firm of over thirty attorneys and seventy five total staff, and which grew to represent leading companies throughout the region, nation and international community. Representative legal and consulting clients included Adolph Coors Corporation and its numerous technology spin-outs, including Coors Ceramics, Coors Biotech, Golden Aluminum, Golden Technologies, Chronopol and Coors Biomedical. Mr. McIntosh has a degree in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a degree in law from the University of Denver. In conjunction with these companies and numerous other clients, McIntosh has negotiated and consummated intellectual property based transactions throughout the world, including Canada, Mexico, England, France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Russia, China, Japan, Australia and Brazil. McIntosh has also been responsible for both the defense and prosecution of a number of intellectual property litigations, including serving as lead counsel in lawsuits involving Adolph Coors Company, Celestial Seasonings, and the National Football League.
